ROGUE BASEBALL INTELLIGENCE ยท PITCHPOCKET

Privacy policy

Updated September 28, 2026

RogueCount is a Rogue Baseball Intelligence project by Michael J. Nichols. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Your pitch records

Pitcher names or nicknames, ages, outings, and pitch records are stored locally on your device. We do not receive those records. RogueCount has no user accounts, cloud-sync service, advertisements, analytics, or tracking SDKs. You may use nicknames instead of full names.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and restoration. RogueCount uses verified StoreKit purchase information to determine Pro access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles its services under its own privacy policy.

Sharing and external links

Summary images are shared only when you use the system share sheet. Review names and details before sharing. Recipients and destination services control their copies. External websites, including the Pitch Smart source, have their own privacy practices.

Backups and deletion

Records may be included in Apple-managed device backups depending on your settings. RogueCount does not sync records between devices. Settings lets you delete individual pitchers or all local records. Deletion does not remove previously shared copies or older backups. Deleting pitch records does not remove your Pro purchase; restoring Pro does not restore pitch records.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Avoid sending children's personal details or full pitch records unless needed. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable record-retention obligations.
